Corrections Policy

POOL4 aims to get every rule interpretation, result and fact right the first time. When we get something wrong, we fix it — and we say so.

How to report an error. Tell us through our Contact page — please include the page URL and what you believe is incorrect, with a source (for rules questions, the relevant rulebook clause helps us most). The editorial desk reviews every correction request.

How we correct. Material errors are corrected promptly and noted at the foot of the article with the date of the change (e.g., "This article was updated on 24 Oct 2026 to correct the break requirement description"). Minor edits may be made without a note.

Disputes. If you disagree with our reading of the rules or believe an article requires a formal response, contact the editorial desk via the Contact page and it will be reviewed by an editor.
