2027 BCA Pool League World Championships Return to Westgate
Registration is open for the twelve-day amateur championship running February 23 through March 6, with early-bird pricing ending December 14.
The 2027 BCA Pool League World Championships will run February 23 through March 6, 2027, at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, with registration already open on the CueSports International website. Players who enter by December 14, 2026 lock in discounted pricing across every division.
CSI projects the 12-day festival will draw more than 13,000 players across 50-plus divisions, competing on roughly 430 Predator Apex tables. About 1,200 mini-tournaments, more than 100 exhibitor booths and professional events that are free to watch round out the largest amateur pool tournament in the world.

The Westgate has hosted the event for years and remains the anchor hotel. Regional events such as the Western BCA 8-Ball Championships feed players into the Las Vegas championship each spring.
Who can enter the tournament?
Entry is open to BCA Pool League members, and CSI states that any league anywhere in the world can join the BCAPL to participate. Players register online through the CSI member portal, and change and refund request forms are posted on the event page.
Divisions are tiered by Fargo rating. Singles events cap at a 720 rating, Ladies 8-Ball Singles at 660, and Scotch doubles and team events carry combined-rating caps listed in the fee table below. The Fairmatch 8-Ball Singles division uses handicapped races built on FargoRate, and CSI's group-play format guarantees every team at least five matches.
A separate slate of CSI singles divisions is open to any 2026 BCA Pool League or CSI member - the membership is listed at $40. Junior divisions in 9-ball and 8-ball singles are also on the schedule.
How much are the entry fees?
Every division offers discounted early entry through December 14. The late window runs December 15 through January 25.

Within each singles event, players are seeded into Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and - in open 8-ball - Iron tiers by rating. Scotch doubles caps run from 900 combined for Bronze up to 1,200 for Platinum, while team caps run from 2,000 for the Iron 8-ball division up to 3,000 for Platinum.
The open CSI divisions - CSI 9-Ball Singles starting February 25, CSI 10-Ball Singles starting February 28 and CSI 8-Ball Singles starting March 4 - each list at $210 early and $240 late with a 720 rating cap.

How is the twelve-day schedule arranged?
The festival opens Tuesday, February 23 with an all-day Mini-Madness slate of mini-tournaments, and daily mini-events continue through the entire run - open to USA Pool League, BCA Pool League and CSI members alike.
Singles competition begins Wednesday, February 24 with 9-ball singles and the Fairmatch 8-ball singles event. Scotch doubles follow February 25, and the main 8-ball singles, ladies singles and senior singles divisions start February 27, each with second-chance brackets for early exits.
Three-player 9-ball team competition runs March 1-3, junior 9-ball singles plays March 2 and junior 8-ball singles March 4. The headline five-player 8-ball team divisions and the ladies team event run March 3-6, crowning champions on the final Saturday. Professional events run throughout the festival and are free for attendees to watch.

Where should players book rooms?
The official hotel block at the Westgate lists at $117 per night, with the discount closing February 5, 2027 - CSI warns that the host hotel sells out. Overflow partner The STRAT lists at $119.95 per night including resort fees, and its package adds a free X-Pass (an $80 value), a free shuttle to and from the Westgate and exclusive food and drink discounts. League operators can also establish room sub-blocks at both partner hotels for their players.
